Application
With the electronic switchgear FMSC-STM, safety contact mats and emergency stop switches can be retrofitted to an existing system without having to significantly change the existing safety circuit. A dead man's switch can also be installed to bridge a contact mat.

FMSC-ESM - Safe Standstill - Evaluation device
Application
With the FMSC-ESM electronic Switching device, an axis can be safely monitored for standstill.
Linear or rotary encoders can be used as sensors. Contactor monitoring and restart interlock are configurable, which allows the device to be extremely flexibly. It can be connected directly to frequency inverters or via contactors. An emergency stop Circuit can also be connected to the device.

Application
With help of the electronic switching device FMSC-E-FP a second foot pedal can be integrated into an existing machine in a fast and cost-effective way without modifying the significant existing safety circuits. The outputs of the device will be integrated into the existing foot pedal circuits.

FMSC-PSDI - clock circuit - Evaluation device
Application
The clock switching device can be used to implement a 1-cycle, 2-cycle or protective operation at a light barrier.The individual operating modes can be selected using a selector switch. If the system is in the Monitor Start Point, the start button must be pressed.Then, depending on the selection, the number of interruptions takes place. Pressing the start button again enables the safe outputs sO1 and sO2.The relay optionally connected to these outputs is monitored for the switching status.
Optionally, an input can be used to select whether the interventions are only counted in the Motion Start Point or during the safe movement. An input is also used to select whether a start is possible in all positions after an interruption or only in the Motion Start Point.Additional outputs are available for displaying a monitoring error, the interrupt request, the muting signal, motion start point required or the request to press a start button.

FMSC-THC - two-hand-control - Evaluation device
Application
With the FMSC-THC electronic switching device, two connected push buttons are monitored.
A two-hand control type III C according to EN 574 can be connected to the device.
Each push button consists of a NC and a NO contact. At the inputs a discrepancy time monitoring of the NO and NC contacts of the individual contacts as well as between the buttons.
The dual- channel emergency stop and the relay/contactor control can be deselected. This allows a flexible use of the device.
