Mini hydraulics

The mini units in a particularly compact and weight-optimized design have been developed for a wide range of applications. They provide a volume flow of 0.24 l / min to a maximum of 1 l / min. The portfolio includes units for simple holding functions in reversing operation, simple lifting and lowering functions through to special units for safety brakes on cranes, elevators and rope winches.

Mini unit type HR050

In this mini unit, our well-proven radial piston pump from automotive engineering is integrated directly in the pump bracket. The unit has a round, transparent tank with an M8x1 filler screw as the oil tank.

Mini unit type HR080

The mini hydraulic unit type HR080 is characterized by high pressure in the smallest space in any installation position. The reversing function takes place by reversing the direction of rotation of the motor. No switching valve is necessary. Overload protection of the motor is guaranteed by an integrated temperature switch and a connection to various actuators is possible. This unit is designed with a DC or AC motor.

Mini unit type HR120

The mini hydraulic unit type HR120 is characterized by high pressure in the smallest space in any installation position. The reversing function takes place by reversing the direction of rotation of the motor. No switching valve is necessary. An integrated temperature switch guarantees overload protection for the motor.

Directional control valves

Directional seated valves are leak-free and tight. Depending on the type of valve, actuation is electromagnetic, pressure-actuated, mechanical or manual. Seat valves and valve combinations are available for selection. Directional spool valves also belong to the group of directional valves. They control the direction of movement and the speed of single and double-acting hydraulic consumers. Black and white directional spool valves, proportional directional spool valves and valve combinations are available.

Valve bank (directional seated valve) type SLC1

The valve linkage SLC1 is a combined design of seat valves and pilot operated check valves. As a result, hydraulic actuators can be held in their position for a long time. To set the speeds, one-way flow control valves are mounted on the cylinders.

Valve bank (directional spool) type TLC3

The TLC3 in-line flanged valve is a combined design of slide valve and releasable check valve. Hydraulic actuators can thus be held in their position for a long time. The speed of the actuators can also be preset using the integrated T-throttles.
